Shipping & returns


Politix processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times also may vary due to the availability of merchandise.  Politix ships to U.S. customers only.  International shipping is not available at this time.  Shipping rates and details apply to all domestic packages and are shipped via UPS Ground. Free UPS ground shipping on orders of $250+. You will find  pricing during the check-out process. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing.  At this time, Politix will not ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.  You can track the progress and status of your shipped order via the UPS tracking number, which is provided in the shipping notification via email you will receive from Politix upon shipment of your order. 


The owner of Politix Studio, Whispering Kite LLC (referred to in this Policy as “Politix”), aims to provide exceptional and satisfying customer experiences.  Subject to the Terms of Use, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from, we will issue a refund or exchange.  In order to process your refund or exchange, please call our Customer Service line at +1 310 659 1964 to speak with a representative Monday through Saturday from 11:00 A.M.-7:00 P.M. (Pacific Standard Time) (excluding holidays) or by email at [email protected]

    • Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of their original purchase date.
    • All orders placed through the website may be cancelled at any time prior to the order being processed.  Once the order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.  
    • Product must be unused, unworn, free of damage and with original tags in order to receive a full refund.
    • Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or improperly shipped.
    • Any free product or gift must accompany the return to receive a refund.
    • We will include a UPS shipping return label and return document with each shipment in order to process any returns/exchanges.
    • Any return/exchange must include the original receipt from the order and the original tag(s) on the product.
    • In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
    • Politix will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving and processing your return.
    • Returns and exchanges also can be made at the Politix retail store with the online order receipt, located at: Politix Studio, 8500 Beverly Blvd, Suite 607, Los Angeles, CA 90048.
    • A refund will be issued via the method of payment used.  If during an exchange, the exchanged item exceeds the dollar amount of the returned item, the customer will be required to pay the balance.  If the exchanged item costs less than the returned item, Politix will issue a refund for the balance by the method of payment used for the returned item.
    • All SALE merchandise is FINAL and not eligible for return, refund or exchange once purchased.  
  • We do not take title to a returned item until it reaches our warehouse.  In our sole discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.  In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item.
